This project was designed by me as part of my Bachelor in Architecture program. It’s main objective was to redesign the interior of an old house in Casco Viejo and make a luxury house in it. 

 

The project included the renovation of the frontal façade and the design of the interior space. It aslo included a preliminar structural study of the new floors of the building.

 

The design of the interior space included 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, formar and informal living room, dinning room, kitchen, library, music hall, 2 balcons and garden.
