APARTMENT BUILDINGS

The main objective of this project was to design luxury apartments close to the sea coast, and for that, I designed two building, where each building has two models of apartments and every apartments have a good view to the sea.


One building (see image in purple) has 70 levels of apartments, and in each floor, there
is an apartment of 375 m2 and another one of 285 m2. The other building (see image in
green) has 50 levels of apartments, and in each floor, there is an apartment of 350 m2 and another of 285 m2. In total, the project has 240 apartments.

Each apartment has 2 parking places and a deposit. There were also some free parking places for visits and a machinery room. All these areas were located in an area below both buildings and distributed in a ground floor and 5 high floor. Over the last parking floor, it was designed a common recreative area with two pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gazebo with bar and BBQ, a gym, an indoor basketball and squash court, and a hall event.
